Started by applying online with a resume. Was contacted for a phone interview with a HR person (from headquarters, not the hiring site). Then had a face to face interview with several managers at hiring site. After that was called back for another interview with site director. It was a standard process overall. Also had a behavioral questionnaire to fill in.

Talked to HR first over the phone a couple times to make sure that the position was going to be a good fit for both the company and myself. Had an initial interview with HR and then a group panel of 3 people, one of which was an HR Director, another the Hiring Manager and the third was a future peer. We mainly talked about my past experience and how I would fit into the organization.
