Applied online, and within a week or so I received a call from HR. They asked if I had applied to other positions within the same company and whether or not I had interviews lining up. I said yes to both questions. And I was surprised they did not have this information. I think their HR systems were not connected accross divisions. Then a week later I went to the interview. There was a manager, a senior business analyst, and an HR representative. I felt really good about the interview process.
