The interview consisted of 3 parts. There were ~ 10 people in the session. Individual interview (competency & 3 technical questions). Group exercise - work together to choose the best solution to a problem Presentation exercise - read from a booklet of data and use the information to justify the correct business decision.

I had a phone interview which was fine, questions like 'why do you think you'll be a good fit at the company'. I was then offered to come to the assessment centre. This was very laid back and I felt comfortable here in speaking. There were 3 people assessing and they were all nice and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all, more like we were just having a chat despite it being an interview.

Assessment centre- group task with 5 others to do a puzzle presentation about fiance in which you had a hour to prepare face to face interview in which they ask you a series of question. You also go for a site tour and this whole process will take the entire day
