My supervisor and manager came to our school interviewed my self and the other prospects. They were pretty casual about the interview, and it helped me relax. The interview lasted for about 45 minutes. It was a pretty straightforward interview, I think they asked about my strengths, experience, goals. I'm not exactly sure how I compared to the other applicants.
