Interview
One alumni shared an opportunity with a professor at the University, and he passed it on. First, I scheduled a phone interview with an HR which is centralized an I think she was in Canada. This interview was about an hour and she asked many typical interview questions. I went to their office, the engineers thought it was a phone interview, I met with two senior guys and another two team members. The interview lasted for about an hour, then they gave me a test for an hour, and a tour of the location for twenty minutes. After two weeks I got the offer, which was pretty surprising to me as I thought they moved on.

The interview was in three parts. First interview was with the team that I would end up working in. The questions were mostly assessing my thought process and problem solving skills. Second interview was with management (mostly soft skill questions). Last interview was a basic HR screening phone call.
