Position based in Madrid (Spain) Summer 2018. I got an email from Bombardier recruiter "Your profile matches bla,bla,bla" After phone screen the recruiter told me "we are going to send my candidature to the hiring manager (Spain)" I was so exited. Autumn 2018. "We are waiting for the response of the hiring manager". This is the only feedback I got. I dropped one email each week. Now they do not even answer my emails. I would like to say something about this. Bombardier was always a company where I dreamed to work for. However when I see how they treat candidates...it could be a signal about how they treat their employees (talking about Bombardier Transportation Spain I do not know rest of countries). It is frustrating and humiliating when you see your time, effort, etc... has no value for them, just another CV in the recycler bin. I would like to ask to Bombardier some questions. Is that difficult just set a mailing list with rejected candidates and drop the preset email "Your profile does not...bla bla...we wish you every success..." Do we not deserve any kind of feedback? I do not understand What are we? Just another CV in the recycler bin
