Interview
There was a phone interview, followed by another interview in person. The recruiter asks various questions and goes over your application. Next, a quick portfolio review, and finally, a basic knowledge test and software test (exercises in Adobe Illustrator and Flash (at the time)).

Interview
Meeting with H&R Rep, Project Manager and Department Head. Very standard questioning, approximately an hour long. They did not need to see a portfolio of work even though I had brought one. Instead, a short test was conducted to test aptitude with Adobe Creative Suite.
