Comment peut-on nous assurer qu'un fournisseur qui est certifiée EN9100 ou bien AS9100 est capable de nous fournir un produit qui satisfait nos attentes au niveau qualité, délai et coût ?

First round was with the HR on phone , ask about all basic questions previous job , why you want this job , your strengths and more such questions it was a 30 mins phone call .
Then if they are interested they might call you in a week for the next round in person interview with the hiring manager and the department head .
In my case the process was too long ,it took almost a month to know the final status .
