Interview
A HR representative will call you to see if you are interested in the position and ask you about salary expectations to ensure that it is within their range. HR will schedule the interview with you and the HR and Hiring Manager both sat in the room during the interview. The interview lasted approximately 1.5 hours. HR dealt with more the behavioural type questions to get a sense of your values and leadership skills. The Hiring Manager focused more on the technical questions related to the position. They left time at the end of the interview for me to ask questions about the position and to discuss next steps.

Interview
Took forever to hear from them. Once they sent the invite, it was almost within 24 hours, with very little flexibility on time. In terms of interview, the interviewers seemed in rush, and wanted to finish the discussion in haste. Overall, too many standard "HR" type situational and behavioural questions. I was hoping for more work and function focused questions.
