Poor Communication and Ghosting Experience. Lack of communication and follow-ups post-interview. Disappointing experience with unresponsive HR and hiring manager. Acknowledging efforts and providing updates would show respect for applicants. Hope for better communication for future applicants.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bombardier (Montreal, QC) in Jun 2023
Interview
I submitted my application at the Bombardier office located in Canada. HR and hiring manager lacked communication. After interviews and follow-ups, I got no response or feedback. Transparency and professionalism in communication during the hiring process are vital, and needs improvement in this regard. Acknowledging efforts and providing updates would show respect for applicants. Hope for better communication for future applicants.
Overall good. The first with HR. Not technical. The second was with the manager of the project. More technical but easy questions. Then a short interview followed with the director.
