I was contacted for a phone interview. Proceeded to schedule for an on site technical test (electrical and aircraft knowledge) followed by an one on one interview with the recruiter. The interview was mostly interpersonal skills and typical HR questions. Passed both the technical test and interview. The recruiter then arranged for another round of interview with 2 hiring managers and a more senior on-site recruiter (from Aerotek). I arrived 15 min early for the interview and ended up with another 40 min delay from the original scheduled time slow. I was greeted by a different recruiter I was asked more technical by 2 hiring managers and interpersonal questions by HR. No words from them after a week, so I followed up with an email saying I'm still interested in the position. Heard nothing back, so I followed up with another email asking for updates. No replies still. Got totally ghosted.
