Bombardier Aerospace hires Engineering Professionals with 8 or less years experience. Engineering Professionals can be of Level 1, 2 or 3. Your level and pay grade will be decided by how smartly you can negotiate, your desperation and their need.

Interview
They come late to their interviews, without turning their cameras on
They are not prepared for the interview, sounds they are not serious about hiring.
They don't read your resume before the interview, and asking some basic questions, already in the resume and it was answered in the initial interview with HR

Interview
I stumbled upon the job posting on LinkedIn and applied through the careers website. After 2 weeks, I received call from the HR, during which I was asked some basic behavioral questions, salary expectations, and was asked to rate myself on some softwares like excel, SharePoint, MS Project etc.
In about a week, an interview was scheduled with the hiring manager and one other person from the team. It was 30 mins long and felt more like a conversation than an interview.
I was informed about their decision in about 3 days and after background checks, I received my offer letter in about 1 week.
The whole process was very smooth, HR was constantly in touch with me to provide timely updates and was able to answer any questions / concerns regarding the process.
