I received an invitation for a phone interview that lasted about an hour. It went really smooth, nothing off the regular interview questions. The same day, I received a call saying that they wanted to have an on-site interview next week. After having agreed on the date and hour, they changed the time which caused a trouble with my planning but I managed to re-organize.
The day of the interview, I arrived 10 minutes early and waited at the reception. There was a small thing, that for most people could be irrelevant, but that really impressed me and gave me a hint of what the working environment would be like. I asked for a restroom. When I entered, it was incredibly dirty. Wet floor, sanitary paper and paper towels everywhere. I have to be honest, I have seen cleaner bathrooms in a public space or in a mall. It really gave me a bad impression. After that, I went to the interview. I was interviewed by two people, really nice and professional. It lasted an hour and they focused in technical questions related to the job, with a lot of focus in data and evidence of past experiences. They said that the selection process could last from two weeks to a month.
