Applied online. Following week, got a phone interview with HR as pre screening. One video interview with hiring manager. Got call by HR to launch the background check and references.
Very welcoming team. The Interview consisted of basic IE questions, rate readiness, factory flow, production planning, allocation of manpower, very big on metrics and their development. Basic question about excel etc...
