I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Bombardier (Montreal, QC) in May 2011
Interview
It took long time (almost 6 months) from first interview till offer. Totally, 3 times interview including HR department. The HR system is very slow with many people who think they are very professional. Follow up not works because the recruiters don't get back your emails. Always try to negotiate because they try to give the minimum range.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bombardier (Montreal, QC) in Sep 2013
Interview
Interview was very informal over the phone. The questions were about my past experiences and technical skills although they were no technical questions asked. They asked questions about the courses I took at university. Two section chiefs, department manager and one human resources representative were present. Overall I think Bombardier's job interviews should be tougher to avoid hiring mediocre employees.
