Interview
After being contacted by staffing agency, I had a phone interview with an HR representative from headquarters. Then I was contacted a week later to set up a face-to-face interview with the site manager. At the facility I was interviewed by the site manager for about an hour and then given a tour.
The interview went well enough where I was invited back for a second interview at the facility with the project management director and vice president. After the second interview I was 'ghosted' and never contacted by Bombardier again.
Over a week after the second interview, I was notified by the staffing agency that Bombardier was no longer interested. I asked HR, the site manager, and the vice president for feedback but they never responded, which runs contrary to Bombardier's posted hiring process ("we’ll let you know if your candidacy has been affirmed or refused. If negative, we’ll provide feedback").
