One non technical interview with various questions concerning behavioral and problem resolution methods. One lateral thinking question and multiple questions about past experiences. A very important quality required was leadership and team management. Conflict resolution questions were also present, all in an informal setting rather than a rigid structure, although the interviewer did have a list of questions he was filling out along the way in the interview.
