I initially applied for a different position. However, they reviewed my cv and decided to contact me to see if I would be interested in the Planner role. I was initially contacted over the phone and was asked about my previous qualifications and my interest in aviation. It was a very relaxed conversation. I was also asked about my salary expectations.
