Met with the charge nurse and the nurse manager for an interview. I felt nervous prior to the interview, yet, the moment I walked into the conference room I felt my anxiety lessen. They are approachable, and have type of demeanor that is very easy going and relaxing. The interview was scheduled over the phone, and the interview took an hour in a conference room, then a person took me around the floors to show me the med-surge units.
