I received a call from recruiting asking for 5 references to complete a thorough questionnaire, which they all completed within the same day of the phone call. The recruiter called a few days later, asking if it was a good time to talk. Unfortunately it was not, as I was taking my nephew to school. We scheduled a time to chat later that day, but she never called. I tried following up with HR several times, with no luck. At one point she supposedly called back but never left a message. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time and those that provided references. It was a position that I was definitely qualified for and would have excelled at. Very disappointed in their recruitment team and process.
