Initially, I started as a temp. Most of the interview process was via on-the-job performance and interpersonal communication. Eventually, a permanent opportunity opened up and I was asked to interview with the hiring manager. They were all very professional and clearly had an awesome department culture--I was very happy to become a part of that.
