I had a phone interview, it was great but very short. She asked me a few questions pertaining the job and how i would benefit the company. Why did i chose Bon Secours and how can i help my team.

First step was phone interview with Talent Acquisition. Next was in person interview with Medical Director, Manager and Nursing Supervisor. Last was group interview with entire clinic staff. I was offered the position within 2-3 days but was not able to start work until the company's mandatory orientation, which wasn't being held until a little over 1 month later. At said orientation, some physicians and other medical staff reported that their hiring process took 3-6 months!
