Interview was rescheduled to an hour early with 4 hours notice. Recruiter was informed I was 10 minutes outside of range multiple times and still moved forward with the interview. Interview stopped once the interviewer knew I was outside the range. Interviewer spent 20 minutes being distracted and was not knowledgeable about the position.
