After applying, I was sent an assignment to complete before I was contacted by an actual human for any kind of phone or email screen. This assignment took several hours to complete. It felt very impersonal, as I had no one's name or contact info at the company. They expected a ton of work to be done in advance of actually talking to a person. Terrible experience.
