I applied online. I interviewed at Booj in Jun 2017
Interview
The process was a little confusing and frustrating. I applied for a PM role and was told I was being considered for a Senior PM during my phone interview as that was a position that they were looking to bring in for the first time and my experience would be very helpful with them getting processes in place and the agile process. There were three people in my in person interview and was asked about my agile experience and let them know that I have over five years of agile project management and was a certified scrum master. I was then asked if I was being a product owner as that was the role. I would not have applied for a product owner role because a product owner and PM are different. This showed that they needed help like I was told on the phone with implementing agile. Overall I felt like it was a waste of my time because I was being interviewed to be something different than I applied for which was different than what I was told on my phone interview.

Interview
It was a thorough vetting process from the beginning. The initial phone interview laid out the background of the company and the position expectations. I was asked if I was still interested before proceeding with the "interviewing" section of the phone call. The second interview was in person with some on-site testing.
