Booking.com Coordinator interview questions

I applied online and in about 3 weeks time I got an email to select a date for a phone interview with the recruitment coordinator. She called and asked if I still had interest in the job which I said yes. And she asked if I had a question so I asked whether there are any detailed job description she will like me to know. She said what I saw online was brief. Afterwards she promised to reach out to me if I make it to the next stage, only to hear from her that I didn't qualify.

Applied online, got an email 2weeks later asking for scheduling a short telephone call. Telephone interview was just about who I am and what I am looking for. Next email a few days later invited me for a personal interview in their HQ. Interview with HR and department leader was very relaxed, fun and at the same time informative and productive. Learned a lot about the company and they about me, but missed the feedback. One week later got the invitation for a 2nd real interview, this time on Skype and with the future direct supervisor. Their Skype video quality was miserable, but content same style as the prior interview. Good mix between personal and work related questions. Again no feedback, only the refusal via mail from a 3rd person another week later. Dress code is casual!
