Interview
One of interviewer introduced about company (benefits, salary, working hours and culture etc) and took an English test and language test i applied for. After test some people went bank home. I don't know they failed test or got lower score than other candidates.
We took a verbal test the language i applied for with one of team lead for around 20 minutes.
After verbal test had an final interview with two team lead and one interviewer from HR dept.

Telephone interview. One to one interview with skills and personality test. They conducted language test with two different texts to be translated. They asked questions about your personality so they could understand your character. They also asked work related questions, such as 'if you are under pressure because of the workload, how could you overcome this?', 'if the communication breakdowns with a colleague and you no longer talk to each other, what would you to repair the situation?'
