the first round just make a phone call do not know the next will be processed or not. The phone call is quite short.Then will be a onsite interview with hiring manager.

I applied online and in a week I got an e-mail asking to conduct phone interview. They gave times to choose from but didn't call at the time agreed. The phone interview was rescheduled. Overall, it was a pretty laid back conversation. The recruiter asked about previous experiences and why I want this internship... Next day after the interview I got an e-mail saying I was not selected to proceed and they have candidates that are a better fit. I have no idea why I was not selected, because my profile exactly matches what they are looking for... I'll try to get a better feedback but I doubt I will get anything from them...
