I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in May 2023
Interview
Initial Phone Call, Interviews, Case Study, Offers.
It was all very quickly, recruiter was proactive and kept me informed at all times. Case Study was given on a Friday to present on a Monday. I found the case study to be very time consuming as the wording of the exercise wasnt clear. You had to make a 2 year project fit into 4 slides and present it to a group.
I found the process to be smooth, the interviewers very engaging and kind, and the offer better than expected. Overall it was a very positive experience, I declined because of the role and not the company or the experience.

Question 1
Regular project management questions. A lot of obvious questions were asked during the presentation which made me doubt myself but it was on purpose to understand if you had considered certain parameters.
The recruiter rescheduled the interview multiple times, and didn't show up to the call. I wonder if they are using AI to schedule these things. Thank you for wasting my time I guess.
Initial HR screening, followed by Hiring Manager and then two product craft interviews on separate days.
Overall great experience and great culture resonance shown by the interview panels through out.

Interview
The recruiter was really amazing. He took care of the experience. I met the hiring manager and it went smoothly as well. The next two rounds were scheduled - one was for product strategy and customer success, The second is stakeholder management and execution. The first of the two was great where the interviewers asked specific questions. the second one the interviewers were very vague and I was not sure what they were expecting. It felt like a waste of time since they were pretty much-expecting answers of how they work.
