Boomi interview questions

Overall I've had a positive experience communicating with Boomi's recruitment team. It was approximately a 3 week process. Initial recruiter phone call, then design manager conversation, and then a team panel interview. The questions and conversations were insightful, thoughtful, and dives deep into team culture and values. Everyone throughout this process was patient and kind, it made interviews feel like friendly conversation. Everyone had genuine interests in my experiences and skills for this role, which I really appreciate. This was also a good opportunity to learn from the team and Boomi's core values.

Really well organized and communicative hiring process. 4 rounds of interviews, including the initial screening, peer-to-peer, hiring manager and a presentation. Great opportunity to meet more people from the organization and everyone was very kind and professional.
