I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Mar 2009
Interview
Initial contact was by email, followed by a scheduled phone interview. After it seemed I met the requirements for the position, I was told I would be called back for a group interview. There was a several month gap between this phone interview and the actual interview, which prompted me to follow up with them by email (tactfully.) I was finally able to interview in person, it was a round-robin style interview where I sat in a room and 5 people were scheduled to interview me one after the other. Everyone was very pleasant and nice. The interview panel consisted of the HR person, and members of the team where the job was available. The interview location was very classy and the company very polished in appearance.

Question 1
Give me an example of a situation that didn't go as planned, and were you able to solve the problem and how?
One HR screening followed by one call with Hiring Managers. Discussed previous experience, why they’re hiring, challenges someone in the role might face, etc. then offered by HR following week.
It was an average interview with normal questions to expect. Nothing over the top. Past experience is definitely a must in this to have. Security clearance good to have too

Interview
Interview set up by a recruiter and it was through Teams and there were four people from the company (panel interview). Each person asked 3-4 questions. Some were asking about my experience tied to the position and others were related time management and prioritization.
