I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in May 2014
Interview
Phone interview by a recruiter. This was followed by a panel interview with the manager and others that are part of the BA team. This was then followed by a 1on1 interview with the head of the PMO. During this interview process the background check was also taking place. Overall it was a fairly smooth process.

Basic business analyst questions about past experience.
the company made it easy to interview in Headquarters location, was more of a formality at that point as initial questions had been conducted while on site of existing/ previous contractor

Question 1
How do you engage with stakeholders and users regarding their system needs
It was informal and over zoom. We mainly discussed small talk and it was a a personality type of interview. There was a lot of ambiguity about what I would actually be doing in the role.
Was quick and easy, had 2 virtual interviews. The managers asked me questions regarding requirement gathering and the SDLC. The first interview was an initial screening and second was lead by 2 managers that I would be working under.
