I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Feb 2011
Interview
I originally got a call from a recruiter who had seen my resume online, who spent ~20 minutes screening me for the in-person round. The in-person interview was a bit of a 'cattle call' - there were ~10 other people interviewing the same day. They put each of us in separate interview rooms, and had 3 employees cycle in for 30 minute interviews. Most questions were "tell me about yourself / your experience" type questions. It was extremely efficient, but pretty impersonal because there was no guarantee that you were interviewing with people you would work actually work with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Fort Walton Beach, FL) in Jun 2023
Interview
The process was simple I interviewed via Zoom and the interview questions consisted of questions about personality and work habits. However, after I accepted the offer, they made me the company completely ghosted me and would not return my phone calls or emails. I never heard back from them again and I don’t know why. I also had someone from career source visit their location to see if there was some kind of misunderstanding and the hiring manager acted like they didn’t know who I was.

I had three interviews; two with a recruiter and one interview in person with two managers. One was more technical and the second was more behavioral. Overall smooth process. Took about 2-3 weeks altogether.
