It is a very smooth and nice process. They have a great culture. The task they gave was interesting and challenging. I like the hynrid work model they have. Hope I hear from them soon.

If you had to plan your perfect vacation, how would you go about it?
Fui abordado pelo RH e foi agendada uma entrevista técnica, onde algumas pessoas participaram. Após a entrevista, ficaram de dar uma resposta até certa data, o que não foi cumprido, e é o motivo da minha experiência negativa. Por mais que a resposta seja negativa, dêem um retorno aos candidatos. Nós, que estamos à procura de trabalho, ficamos na expectativa, que piora com a incerteza. Nunca se esqueçam de que um dia podem ser vocês do outro lado, então tratem os candidatos do modo que vocês gostariam de ser tradados.

Não lembro das perguntas, já faz um certo tempo, porém, foram perguntas técnicas sobre variados temas, desde desenvolvimento e engenharia de software até banco de dados.

Extensive technical questions, good practices, challenges you've faced, why are you changing jobs. How good is your english. Your motivations, teamwork... rest apis, async await, monoliths, memory management, other languages, ability to learn.
