They ask the candidate to give a 60 minute presentation summarizing your professional history and show case one project. Most of the people interviewing this were present for parts of this. Afterwards there were 6 1:1 interviews. Not once was the presentation discussed. Overall the interviewers did not seem very well prepared and were not very engaged with the process with the exception of the hiring manager, who was outstanding.
