      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bose (Bose) in Feb 2012

      Interview

Panel interview is the process they used to find employees. I feel this is one of the better ways to find really good employees. In a panel interview you get asked questions that one person might overlook and several people tend to feed off each other and not miss what could be crucial questions. I feel it removes personal bias in the process. Everyone has a say and vote and more information about each candidate is gathered.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked to give a instance where I had a bad incident that happened and how I turned it into a positive outcome.
