All interviews were very casual which was refreshing. The screen and the call with the hiring manager were both me walking them through my resume and random questions they had from there regarding my specific experience. The onsite interviews were also casual and seemed to be more of a cultural fit more than anything. One person out of the 5 really grilled me and asked examples of specific situations I had possibly experienced in my career. Really no way to prepare except to you know your resume and practice "walking someone through it" and have questions prepared to ask at the end of each interview.
