It was a pretty standard process: short recruiter screen over the phone, 45 minute video chat with team member discussing technical background along with a short battery of fairly simple technical questions, 4 hour interview with several team members.
On site interview was mostly about culture fit and questions about background regarding project management processes and the type of technology they're using on the website. Zero technical questions with very little opportunity to showcase prior work. In hindsight, it seems like it was really about how comfortable you'd fit in a corporate environment and much less about proving what you know and the type of projects you worked on.
It took about a month to get from the first phone to call to finding a time that worked for the team to meet with me on site. Ended up being passed on for reasons that weren't very clear, but was at least notified with a few days after the on-site interview.
