Interview
Got back to me really fast after I submitted my application. Recruiter contacted me via email and set up a 10-minute call over teams, then scheduled a 30 minute call with one of the hiring managers. The interview process was pretty laid back and felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. Got ghosted after that though which was kind of rude but understandable.

Question 1
Almost interily behavioral questions that they asked me as well as general temperature checks on my interest of the field (supply chain). Didn't expect me to know a lot given my inexperience, but really wanted to understand if I did want to learn more.
