Interview
They did the "Pen Test". Basically you direct him in putting the pen together to see if you have the right skills to aid customers over the phone. He would give you tips, so it was not hard.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bose (Stow, MA)
Interview
Thorough, I was asked to come in and had a one-on-one interview with one of the managers at the time, the job was referred to me through school and stated they pretty much guaranteed a hire, when I came in I was asked about my background in audio/visual, and if I possessed a strong knowledge of electronics. I was asked to differentiate between different types of audio/visual connections, and also some higher level electronics based questions. Got a call by the end of the week with a job offer.
