Nice phone conversation with someone from HR who laid out what expectations were on both sides. Had 1:1 with three people later on. Those included were the hiring manager, hiring managers boss, and random other person from the department. Everyone was polite, on time, asked good but typical questions. Compared to other places where I have interviewed, security was aware I was coming in, seems to be a rarity these days. Fit is very important to people there, ability too, but they spent plenty of time with questions on fit. Seemed like an interesting place to work, did not work out in my case, but the process did not leave a bad taste in my mouth. It never got to the point of negotiating salary, but they do not do hiring bonuses, at least not in the finance area.
