The process was good. I applied through Indeed and heard back quickly from their HR department. We set up an Interview with one of the clinical directors. The interview itself was great. It was fairly casual. Questions about my job history and other experience. I felt that the interview went extremely well. The director told me to contact HR after two weeks (it's usually one week, but it was the summer and many people were taking vacations) if I didn't hear back. I sent my follow up after two weeks and heard nothing. I followed up on 9/4. It is currently 9/21. The job has been reposted on Indeed. Now, I'm not upset about the lack of a job. I'm upset that they a small company didn't feel it was necessary to email an applicant back about a job. I understand that large companies can't spend hours sending rejection letters to everyone. But this is a business that is just beginning to grow. And the fact that they were unwilling to send anything says a lot about them as a company.
