Interview
Applied through school and got an interview in Chicago. The interviewer who are also senior associates in BCG were very helpful and friendly. One of them talked really fast and a bit confusing, maybe because he was trying to simulate a common meeting scenario between client and consultants. When I got stuck, they offered some hints as well. Overall, my impression of BCG interview process and consultants are very good.
2 business cases. 1 is market entry, pretty easy to solve. The other one is very difficult, which was about how to find if an oil drill is decreasing it’s performance because of the stationed manager, based on what parameters.
