Interview
First interviewer (Principal) left a bad impression. Interviewer came too late and overall seemed to be hardly prepared. Was not at all interested in my profile or updated documents about it. Went on to talk about his family life and then asked me to generically put together the top qualities a consultant needs instead of asking anything about my profile. Whole case (hospital cost-cutting) encompassed virtually no details, he answered no clarifying questions whatsoever about the problem. He multiple times interrupted my short explanation and asked me to do very simple calculations while I was not even finished presenting my approach (supposedly a candidate-led case). He answered personal questions (project with most impact, what to do if not agree with Partner) very generically. I thought he was acting like this to test my emotional capabilities and kept cool but he at no point in time seemed to be interested in me as the interviewee and overall appeared moody.
Second interview (Consultant) was alright, questions about my CV and why I want to work for the firm. Case (fashion store revenue growth) was alright. Answered personal questions sufficiently. Online test was alright, not too hard, some challenging questions which was good.

round 0 is the regular test they give you. round 1 is chatbot test + the in person interview with the consultant, round 2 is 2 partners that you interview with. it's not very unconventional cases.

Interview
Round 0 had an assessment, round 1 had 1 case with a human then 1 case with a chatbot. The cases weren’t too complicated mostly revolving around profitability and break even pricing, but the subject matter was niche.
