First round was a phone interview of about 20 minutes with a member of HR. I was then invited to go in for a face to face interview the day after. During the interview they advised me it usually takes around 18-24 months to go from junior EA to EA. I said that was great and that in my previous role, due to how the company was structured I never got promoted after over 3 years, which naturally was frustrating to me. I then received feedback the next day saying they were scarred off because I said I didn’t get promoted quickly enough in my last role? Maybe don’t show signs of ambition or wanting to move up if you go for an interview, might give you more luck than me!
