The process is well described in the company website. It starts by submitting your resume (CV), with transcriptions and cover letter. The last is not mandatory, but I submitted. Then, HR sent me an email where they said that my CV was appreciated, confirming that I would go to the office do the 1st stage of the recruitment process, an online test. After arranging the date, the HR contact sent me a online test example and rules. They were nice and accessible. Nonetheless, it is difficult for someone of non-business area to prepare, because most documents available on internet are referent to the business case interviews. My advice is to practice other consultant companies business cases (eg, McKinsey, Bain, ATKearney, Oliver Wyman...).
