The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Singapore)
Interview
Positive: HR was excellent and constantly updating me of progress. Highly responsive. Equipped industry hire candidates like myself with materials outside the public website. Interviewers were friendly, patient and kind. It felt like we were both embarking on a case together to solve it together.
Negative: One principal was very very rude during the interview. Cut me out when I was speaking, kept working on his laptop. Went to the extent of showing me how “stupid” one of my suggestions was. He was very unkind and left such a bad impression that the others have built. Pushy and very insistent that he is right- so unlike what BCG says about alternative views being supported.
