I applied very late then got a call a week after that I was invited for the first round interview. It was for sophomores so the first round interview was done in groups of 3. There was a general call with logistics explaining the interview process and we went to interview at the office closest to our locations. My interview was 10 days after I was contacted and it was one interviewer to 3 applicants in the room. The first round was completely behavioral style and took about 45 minutes. I was contacted the next working day (a Monday) and invited to the final round interview. 3 weeks later, I had my final interview in my location preference. The final round consisted of 2 interviews by partners with both the behavioral and case style interview. I really liked the Analysts and Associates at the office as we had dinner together with other interviewees the night before and they were really cool. I also didn't feel any connection with the partners. I was contacted 2 weeks after about the outcome.
