The interview process was the standard consulting interview process. I had 2 interviews with consultants, both started with fit interview and continues with a case. There was an online test also afterwards which was easier than what I expected. The whole process was very organized and professional. The case interviews were not easy, but also not super difficult. Both could be cracked if you had enough of practice. During the both interviews a pleasant atmosphere existed, and I'm sure I did well in one of the cases at least. In the other case though, I made a few minor mistakes I believe. My experience with the result and feedback given was not good at all. One of the interviewers called me after 4 days (which usually they let you know the results on the same day). The feedback given was very very vague and unfair. They told me everything was good, and she spent 2/3 of the time on the phone to tell how good I was and how impressed they were! but they didn't feel I have a mature enough business judgement (and if you are familiar with case interviews you know that there are many other important criteria and this feedback itself is very unclear). I have to mention that my background is not business, and they knew it well. When I asked for more details she didn't provide any useful comments! I expected that if this was their understanding, they could give a couple of examples for it. They were either unfair or dishonest in providing the right feedback.
