This was a 4 hour interview only because nobody arrived on schedule. Inter view with HR went really good. Next was with the Operations Manager who kept over taking when I was speaking. Never once made eye contact and really showed no interest in the interview. Next was with the Sr. Desktop Specialist who asked a minimum of basic troubleshooting which I got all answers correct. When I met with HR they had explained that they had been looking for a candidate to fill the role for 3 months, then someone lime me comes along who is basically over qualified and has exception customer service skills, 10 years of IT experience working with Major corporations and they still wasted 3 hours of my time to not hire me. Honestly they are just wasting people time trying to find the [perfect candidate when they probable already had them maybe even before me, so glad i excepted a role that is actually 3 blocks from where they are located hope I run into one one them to brag about my new job.
